Small Changes, Big Difference

You don’t have to make drastic changes to make your health a priority. Altering one small thing in your daily activities could lead to big time enhancements to your quality of life. Here are some great ideas from the IWS providers:

Diet

Dental

Floss your teeth more often. “According to Dr. Roizen’s book Real Age, flossing regularly can add an additional 6.4 years to your life!” -Dr. Hall

Medical

Take the stairs more often than you take the elevator. Getting more exercise should be at the top of all of our lists and this simple strategy is a great start. -Dr. Cieslak

Eyes

Take frequent breaks when reading or looking at the screen to give your eyes a break. -Dr. Weil

Self Care
